The new kids channel, PlayKids TV, offers families educational entertainment with curated videos organised around key moments of the day such as morning routines, afternoon play and bedtime. The scheduling of the channel will allow kids to ease into the day with cosy stories and original songs such as ‘Let’s get ready’ that helps youngsters get ready in the morning. In the afternoon children will find content in PlayKids TV based around themes such as arts and crafts, playing together nicely and songs about animals. In the evening little ones can enjoy winding down stories and bedtime songs.
On PlayKids TV families will also find content curated around main events around the year such as summer holidays, back-to-school and Christmas. Some of the featured animations on the free-to–watch channel include:
- Talking Tom & Friends
Talking Tom and his friends are best friends with big dreams and even bigger adventures. They’re on a mission to make their mark on the world and become superstars! - Earth to Luna
This fun learning show features a curious little girl, Luna, and follows her adventures as she shares her passion for science. - The Hive
Through this charming animation young kids can learn about bees, why they’re important and can find out all about the world and how it works.
To find PlayKids TV’s fun education videos, users can simply go to Netgem TV on their TV or download the Netgem TV app from the App Store and Google Play. The channel will be promoted across the service and it can also be discovered in the dedicated Kids hub.
